How do I track my order?

 

After your purchase, you will receive an email with order details. After your order ships, you'll receive a second email with tracking details. 

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Delivery times and prices vary depending on where you order from and what you ordered. On average, US orders take 2-5 business days to arrive after being shipped, and take 10-30 business days everywhere else. When you check out, you will see shipping costs. Remember, you can always track your order with the link provided to your email after your order ships. Given our current production methods, shipping prices may stack, which we're working on improving. If your order doesn't arrive past the expected delivery date, check your tracking first, then contact us.

Will I be charged import fees?​

Canada: Orders placed in Canada are subject to import fees as our products are produced and shipped from the United States. 

​

Europe: Currently, European orders that ship from the United States are subject to import fees. Despite this, most orders placed for Europe are rerouted to be produced in Europe, meaning there are no import fees. We cannot guarantee this as not all of our product variations are available from European printing partners, but we're working on ensuring that all European orders are shipped from Europe.

Everywhere else: Orders are subject to import fees, but we're working on ensuring we can print from your country to avoid this. 

Has my order shipped yet ?

 

Orders ship out in 1-3 business days on average. For more information, you can track your order using the link sent to your email once your order ships.

How is the merch made?​

We use trusted printing partners to produce our clothing. Currently, all our products are printed by Monster Digital on blanks from Bella+Canvas & Gildan. For more details, check the details section of each product.

Do you offer refunds or replacements?​

​

Yes. If there is an issue with your order, you can contact support in the email you receive after your order is delivered and request a free replacement or refund. Please note that this does not ensure a refund or replacement as the support team needs to confirm the validity of your claimsRefunds are only offered if the product is damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong product (Size, Design, Color). If your problem doesn't match the problems above, you can still contact support and see if they can solve it.
